Sharing with you an easy, healthier peanut butter and banana hemp milk shake I prepare myself whenever I crave something sweet.
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Cup Hemp Milk from Healthy Options
1 Tbsp Cacao Butter & Chocnut Spread from Ritual
Chia seeds (optional)
Blend everything, mix chia seeds in your drink after and enjoy! Simple and sweet!
