My fave part in the video would be the syncronicity of our Surya Namaskars at the beach and our ecstatic dance numbers during Samba sunset! Oh, happy times!
Stay tuned for our next event FLOW IN THE CITY on July 30 5pm at Quantum Cafe. It's a vegetarian buffet dinner reunion for all FLOW past participants - to be able to meet and mingle with the rest of us. Open to the public and to the press. I'll post the poster with program details soon.
